As an experienced Real Estate Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing the sales & leasing activities of The Address Real Estate sales & Leasing team and achieving the business targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve the individual targets (leasing, sales, new properties) assigned by the management.
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
- Market all rental listings through social media platforms and individual showings (property finder, Mazad Qatar, Qatar living, etc )
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords and property management companies.
- Execute new lease & sales agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
- Prepare all lease & sales -related paperwork.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate traffic.
- Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
- Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
- Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
- Prepare and analyze the sales & leasing reports and forecasts and present them to the sales & leasing manager on a daily, weekly, monthly bases.
- Represent the Address Real Estate at industry events and networking opportunities upon the request of the management.
Any other related duties and tasks requested by the management.
The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and negotiation and sales abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Major Qualifications:
- Proven experience not less than 2 years as a Real Estate Sales & leasing consultant in GCC countries.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the GCC real estate market and trends.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Have a valid Qatari driving license and car.
- GCC experience is a must.

The Package (read carefully):
5,000 QAR monthly salary + 30% commission upon achieving total business targets.
Please note that this vacancy is only for GCC real estate experts working in Doha, Qatar **as this is the company location**.

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
