To greet and welcome the guests. Suggest the menu items and take orders from guests, prepares coffee and other beverages.
- To ensure that that all supplies required to perform the duties are available. These include taking stocks i.e. food products needed to create the smoothies and beverages.
- To build a rapport with guests to turn them into regular clientele.
- To operate, clean and maintain all tools and equipment’s (e.g. Coffee Maker, blenders, food processors, food juicers, etc.) that are used on the job.
- To ensure that the food preparation area is clean and maintained at all times and in compliance with Municipality Health and Safety regulations.
- To maintain high standard of personal grooming and hygiene and wear clean uniform, hand gloves, cap while on duty.
- As per operational requirement of the assigned outlet, you will be working in shifts, on weekends and Fridays.
- To ensure that the workplace satisfies HSE requirements & all staff meets the local municipality health (food handlers) regulations & health requirement
- To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
- All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.
- Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives (as applicable to the department) to be followed and updated.
- To perform any other duties / responsibilities assigned by your immediate Managers in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
