We are looking for HK **Rooms Attendants** to join our Gloria Hotel & Suites team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Preparation**: Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities.
- **Maintenance**: Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and inspected thoroughly before guest arrival.
- **Guest Requests**: Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services promptly and professionally.
- **Laundry**: Handle and manage the resort's laundry services, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
- **Communication Skills**: Basic communication skills in English.
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and able to work well within a diverse team.
