**Job Title**: PCS7 Engineer (with ELICS Expertise)

**Location**: Qatar

**Job Type**: Full-Time | **12-Month Contract (Extendable)**
**Salary**: QAR 11,500 (Full Package - inclusive of all allowances)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Programming of control systems using **PCS7, WinCC, and STEP 7**.
- Design and programming of **Fire & Gas systems** and **Emergency Shutdown Systems**.
- Full involvement across the **software/systems lifecycle**: design, coding, testing, installation, configuration, and documentation.
- Execution of installation, configuration, and testing activities at client sites.
- Preparation of technical documentation such as **IO Lists, FDS, FAT/SAT procedures, Logic Flowcharts, Control Philosophy, and O&M manuals**.
- Conducting **internal testing, FAT, and SAT**.

**Desirable Skills & Experience**
- **Minimum 5+ years’ experience** with PCS7 (Oil & Gas systems preferred).
- Strong ability to develop PCS7 and PLC programs based on schematics and client specifications.
- Troubleshooting expertise in **control loops and motor wiring**.
- Experience in **network architecture design** and **industrial instrumentation selection, commissioning, and troubleshooting**.
- Specific expertise in **ELICS Systems**, including:

- Siemens PCS7 with **Power Control Library**.
- Electrical/Automation Cabinet Hardware Engineering & Commissioning.
- **Substation automation control systems** (EPDCS, PMS, GMS, LSS/LSC).
- Proficiency in third-party integration protocols**:Modbus (serial/TCP), IEC-61850, OPC**.
- Knowledge of **functional block development and customization in PCS7**.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** in Siemens DCS and SCADA design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated expertise in **PCS7 Safety Systems**.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in **client-facing roles** and in combined client/contractor teams.
- In-depth knowledge of **Water/Wastewater, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas processes**.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- **Valid Qatar driving license** is mandatory.

- **Salary Package**: QAR 11,500 (Full Package - inclusive of all allowances).
