**Job Summary**:
Responsible for ensuring that all food served meets nutritional standards and adheres to hygiene and safety regulations. Role involves developing balanced meal plans, monitoring food safety procedures, and implementing hygiene standards to ensure the highest quality of food service and compliance with health regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop and implement nutritionally balanced meal plans according to company guidelines and customer requirements.

2. Assess the nutritional value of menu items and suggest modifications to improve dietary quality.

3. Provide nutritional guidance to chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu offerings meet dietary standards

4. Conduct periodic reviews of ingredients and food preparation methods to ensure optimal nutritional value.

5. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

6. Conduct regular hygiene inspections in kitchen, storage, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.

7. Train food handlers on hygiene, food safety practices, and allergen management.

8. Develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures to minimize risks of contamination.

9. Monitor and verify food temperature control, storage conditions, and expiry dates.

10. Report and address any hygiene or safety violations promptly.

11. Maintain accurate records of hygiene audits, food safety inspections, and corrective actions taken.

12. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food hygiene and nutrition.

13. Coordinate with Kitchen teams to ensure best practices in food preparation and service.

14. Organize training sessions for kitchen and service staff on food safety, hygiene, and nutrition.

15. Ensure staff adherence to hygiene protocols and reinforce continuous improvement practices.

16. Stay updated on new industry trends, regulations, and best practices in food safety and nutrition.

17. Performs other duties assigned.

**Qualification, Experience & Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Must be a licensed Nutritionist with a valid certification.
- Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines, nutrition principles, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and training skills to educate staff on best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
