HSES Lead - T&I

**Job Description Highlights**:

- Experience of Offshore work with multilingual workers,
- Experience of Offshore Lifting Operations
- Knowledge of International Oil & Gas Producers Reports (IOGP)
- Experience of Offshore work with multilingual workers,
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; capability to effectively interact with individuals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Science or Environmental Management, or higher-level equivalent.
- NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
- OPITO BOSIET or T-HUET and Offshore Sea Survival
- Minimum of 10 years of industry relevant HSES experience,
- Minimum five years’ experience working in the Middle East, with prior experience executing projects within the State of Qatar strongly preferred.
- International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractor or Client, involved in fabrication of Topsides and Subsea installation
