**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on mechanical / electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, heating, and other related equipment.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose issues and failures within mechanical systems and recommend or implement solutions to address the problems.
- **Installation**: Assist in the installation and setup of new mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring proper integration with existing systems.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all mechanical systems meet local, state, and federal regulations, and adhere to safety standards.
- **System Monitoring**: Monitor and evaluate mechanical systems for efficiency, performance, and compliance, making adjustments as needed.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, repairs, and equipment status. Prepare reports for management.
- **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with facility management and other technicians to coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergency maintenance calls, ensuring quick and effective resolution of mechanical issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar role within the facility or building management industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems preferred.
- Relevant mechanical technician certifications (e.g., EPA certification for refrigerant handling) are a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or technical training preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or facilities management.

Pay: QAR1,400.00 - QAR1,600.00 per month
