Manager for Cake Sweetsts and Pastry Shop

As Cake shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cake shop operations, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the shop. You will oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- At least 5 years’ experience in food industries management role
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores & vendors to get optimum prices & high-quality products at all times.
- Minimises waste and inefficiencies to meet goals.
- Monitor, follow up & evaluate employee’s performance on the assigned job responsibilities.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.
- Must be in qatar(local hiring only)
- Require NOC

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
