**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, residential, and commercial developments.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar's local building codes, UPDA standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and review detailed project designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and implement safety protocols.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project updates, approvals, and audits.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Must hold a UPDA Grade A certification in civil engineering.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Qatar.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
