**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform and supervise rigging and slinging operations for lifting activities offshore
- Coordinate with lifting teams and crane operators to ensure safe material handling
- Directly manage and supervise a team of Riggers during lifting and slinging tasks
- Inspect rigging gear and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Monitor loading areas and stores to support logistics and crane movements
- Assist in preparing lifting plans and risk assessments when required
- Ensure adherence to offshore safety procedures and lifting regulations

**Typical Equipment**:

- Offshore loading areas, stores, and heavy lifting equipment
- Cranes and associated rigging tools and accessories

**Requirements**:

- **Education/Certification**: Valid Rigging and Slinging Certificate from a recognized training authority
- **Experience**:Minimum 5 years** of relevant experience in offshore rigging and lifting operations
- Strong knowledge of lifting techniques, equipment limits, and offshore safety standards
- Ability to read lifting plans and conduct safety checks before operations
- Familiarity with offshore work environments and permit-to-work systems
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in confined spaces
- Willingness to work offshore on a rotational schedule
