We are looking for a passionate and energetic **Creative Learning Assistant** to join our team In this role, you will help children build essential learning skills through imaginative, hands-on activities and structured educational programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with kids and understands the power of learning through play.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and leading playful, interactive learning sessions for children.
- Coordinate daily and weekly activities aligned with age-appropriate educational goals.
- Support the execution of early learning programs that foster creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Engage children with fun educational tools including games, music, arts and crafts, and storytelling.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
- Track and report on individual child progress and provide feedback to parents or caregivers.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Help with classroom setup, material preparation, and clean-up.
- Adapt activities to suit children’s individual learning needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with children in educational or recreational settings.
- Energetic, creative, and caring personality.
- Ability to motivate and connect with young learners.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
