**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a Female proactive and organized **Telesales cum Admin** professional to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up with potential clients, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls and follow up with leads
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information
- Maintain sales records and update CRM
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Support the team with daily office operations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Prior experience in telesales/customer service is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
