**Job Summary**:
The Technician - Villa Maintenance is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and cleanliness of villas. This includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance duties, ensuring a high standard of living for residents and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance tasks in assigned villas.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical issues.
- Handle basic carpentry, painting, and masonry work as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and inventory.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and report any hazards or damage within the villa premises.
- Install, maintain, and repair appliances and fixtures.
- Assist in renovation or upgrade projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field.
- Minimum [2-5] years of experience in general maintenance or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and hand tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items.
- Basic knowledge of safety and building regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or be on-call as needed.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
