Sp Therapist

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and wellness therapies.
- Perform services in line with professional spa standards and guest-specific requirements.
- Greet and consult with guests, recommending customized treatment plans.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas.
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensure full privacy and confidentiality for all spa clients.
- Follow up with guests to confirm comfort and satisfaction post-treatment.
- Keep accurate records of treatments and adhere to spa operational procedures.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with reception tasks and inventory management as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Diploma in Spa Therapy** or equivalent from a recognized institute. (**Required**)
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury international hotel brands.**(**Required**)
- Proficient in a range of massage and wellness techniques (e.g., deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, Hair treatments etc).
- Knowledge of anatomy, skincare, and holistic wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- **Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.**:

- Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and serene environment for guests.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- **Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.**
