**Job Purpose**:

- Assist with operational and emergency transport services across all Company facilities. Support the administration for Transport section regarding workflows, vehicle arrangements, breakdown emergencies and parking list updates.

**Key Job Accountabilities - I**:

- Maintain contracts and work orders for Transport section ensuring documentation is up to date and controlled for the department.
- Check and verify invoices of Transport section for management approval. Liaise with Finance department with respect to invoicing process. Identify information processing problems and escalate to management where applicable to remedy.
- Maintain database for the department ensuring accuracy and quality of information as per department standards, and update records accordingly in SAP.
- Establish and maintain documentation system to ensure proper storage and retrieval of required documents to support department efficiency.
- Support work schedule of the drivers as per workflow request from department which includes preparing schedules, monitoring contracts, and authorizing special services to provide service of quality to the end user.

**Key Job Accountabilities - II**:

- Arrange transport requirements for plant shutdowns, prepare passenger list for drivers, and collect it weekly from drivers. Support in arranging vehicles for the plant shutdown and assist with vehicle inspection and document preparation.
- Support gate pass/access pass process for transport section for all staff buses and hired vehicles. Prepare documents for obtaining permanent and one day gate passes.
- Assist Transport section documentation by maintaining individual files of vehicles and drivers, faxes, buses daily passenger list, records maintenance, access stickers, accident reports, delivery note, replacement documents, service documents, license, passport, RP, gate pass & mandatory training, etc.
- Ensure the monthly safety audit findings are cleared on time and done properly as per the Contract.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of secondary school education (12 years).

**Knowledge and/or Experience - I**:

- 5 years’ experience in maintenance environment.
