**Job Overview**: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a Restaurant Kitchen Helper. The Kitchen Helper plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, assisting chefs and cooks in food preparation, and ensuring a smooth flow of kitchen operations. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the culinary industry and looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic restaurant environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
- Follow established recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled.
- Assist in receiving and organizing food deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using established sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and mopping floors and wiping down surfaces.
- Dispose of kitchen waste following waste disposal guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary or High school graduate and good English communication skills
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper / Commis 3 is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn from experienced kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: From QAR1,800.00 per month
