We are leading supplier and installer of premium interior design materials in Qatar. We pride ourselves on providing architects, interior designers, and homeowners with high-quality products and exceptional service to bring their creative visions to life. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team and elevate our brand's digital presence.

**Job Summary**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design marketing collateral such as company profiles, product catalogues, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos of our projects and materials to ensure high-quality visual standards.
- Develop creative layouts for proposals and presentations for our sales and projects team.
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand identity and guidelines.

**Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging daily content (images, videos, graphics, copy) that showcases our products, projects, and brand story.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive community engagement.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach a wider, targeted audience.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies in the design and marketing industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist or similar role. **A strong and diverse portfolio is mandatory.**:

- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
- Expertise in managing professional social media accounts, particularly Instagram and Pinterest.
- Excellent eye for design, typography, color, and layout.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic photo/video shooting and editing.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
