**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute HVAC strategies aligned with project goals and industry best practices.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of HVAC engineers and technicians, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

**Project Oversight**: Supervise HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

**Budget Management**: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and procurement related to HVAC projects.

**Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

**Client Relationship**: Maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and providing technical guidance and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Extensive experience (preferably 8-10 years) in HVAC management, with a significant portion of that experience in Qatar's construction or related industry.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, coupled with a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Familiarity with Qatari building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- **Educational Qualification**: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Additional certifications in HVAC systems or project management are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
