**Job Scope**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for MEP and civil works.
- Monitor and control costs across projects, providing financial reports and forecasts.
- Review and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and ensure compliance.
- Manage variations and document changes with appropriate approvals.
- Conduct site visits to verify quantities and adherence to requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to address cost-related issues effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP and Civil Quantity Surveying.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and cost management.
- Proficiency in estimation software and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
