**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor structural construction works at site.
- Review and approve contractors’ shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Ensure all structural works comply with QCS, international standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections of reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and structural installations.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, MEP, and contractors to resolve site issues.
- Report non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed on-site.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site inspectors.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Valid **UPDA Grade certification** in Qatar (mandatory).
- **Minimum 5 years of professional experience years in site supervision in Qatar/GCC**.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and structural analysis tools (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, etc.).
- Valid **QID**. (mandatory).
