**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions to both residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct site assessments, provide technical advice, and deliver customized product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and present product presentations, quotations, and detailed proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Provide accurate measurements and assist with the planning, installation, and commissioning of systems.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project timelines, deliveries, and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Generate sales reports, track leads, and maintain CRM software to ensure follow-up and project closure.
- Act as a point of contact for clients during and after the project to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, specifically in bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and installation processes for bi-fold doors, pergolas, and glazing systems.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer needs related to architectural products.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel as required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Previous experience working with aluminum, glass, and other construction-related products is highly desirable.
- A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
