Sales Supervisor

Expanding our customers, establishing strong relationships with clients, and enhancing sales strategies both through direct contact and online channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales within the catering and B2B segments.
- Identify and target potential clients in the coffee industry, including cafes, restaurants, offices, and other relevant businesses.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to attract B2B clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage and maintain the online sales platform, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
- Train and mentor sales team members, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Represent Honoroast Coffee at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, within the coffee industry.
- Strong understanding of coffee products, tools, and equipment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- High level of motivation, self-discipline, and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in using online sales platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good moral character and ethical conduct.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
