**Job Title**: HSE Officer (Oil and Gas)
**Location**: Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar
**Salary**: 5000per month (Plus FAT provided by the company)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees to promote a strong safety culture.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and update all HSE documentation, including risk assessments, safety manuals, and incident logs.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address HSE concerns and implement improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas sector.
- **Documentation**: Must hold valid certifications and documentation relevant to the HSE field.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation within the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage safety initiatives and liaise with diverse teams.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
