Architect - Interior Finishing Specialist

We are looking for an **Arabic** talented and detail-oriented **Architect** with proven experience in **interior finishing works** for residential and commercial buildings, including **villas and high-end properties**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and develop **architectural drawings** and **interior finishing plans** using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality of finishes as per specifications.
- Provide detailed material specifications and finishing schedules.
- Solve on-site issues related to execution of finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Support project management team with technical input and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum **4-5 years of experience** in architectural finishing works (interior design & execution).
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, **Photoshop**, and preferably **Revit**.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, details, and construction techniques.
- Experience in luxury villa or high-end commercial projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC region.
- **Arabic language** speaking is a preference.
- Driving license is an advantage.
