Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Planning Manager**to join our team In this role you will get to develop and monitor the project schedule, assesses progress, and ensures timely execution through critical path and recovery planning.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Developing and managing the project schedule and performance tracking tools.
- Reviewing contractor’s program updates and delay analyses.
- Preparing progress reports and forecasting project completion.
- Supporting EOT claim assessments and recovery planning.
- Review contractor’s baseline and updated programs
- Analyze progress reports, recommend recovery plans
- Monitor KPIs, milestones, and critical paths

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Project Management
- 15+ years in planning large-scale projects, 3+ in Qatar
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule risk analysis.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage interface with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in resource and cost loading, recovery planning, and progress reporting

**What Desired Skills You’ll Bring**:

- Experience in integrated cost and schedule management (5D BIM).
- Familiarity with forensic delay analysis.
- Use of dashboards and real-time reporting platforms.
