Electrical Foreman

**C**onducts routine inspection of all Electrical equipment in the buildings, sport facilities, chiller plants sewage and drainage facilities, domestic and irrigation water facilities - to verify operation ability and maintenance plan implementation including preparation of snag reports for action of outsourced Operation & Maintenance contractor and attendind to oracle system work requests (site inspection and evaluation)

- Conducting routine inspection of the all kind of Buildings, sport facilities and service buildings including preparation of snags report to the company - BOD FMO office for appropriate action of outsourced operations and maintenance contractore
- Supervising the daily electrical maintanance activities on different electrical equipment like Transformers, DG Sets, switch gears, MCC panels, UPS, Lifts and other electrical equipment to ensure the procedures and materials comply with maintenance and project specifications contract documents and work instruction
- Conduct routine readings of all kWhr meter registry as per direction of the Engineer and his authorized representative
- Verifies implementation and compliance on site of the maintenance schedule and or associated activities for various building and facilities work and reports to the Engineer and his authorized representatives as a matter of standard operating procedure for information comments and proper dispositions
- Supervises and ensure prompt and timely implementation of the approved preventive maintenance plan including monitoring of assigned manpower and availability of logistics
- Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints from various clients related to electrical system
- Monitor performance of the contractors take corrective action where appropriate
- Evaluate and inspects a specific work to be done upon the receipt of work request generated by the oracle system including also some letter requests and verbal directives requests frome various operating departments of company
- Maintain detailed projects files and ensure that an updated copy of the documents such as as built drawings are submitted to the archives and mail unit at an appropriate stage during the project or on its completion
- Maintain the records of work orders issued to outsourced O&M Contractor and follow - up for updates
- Maintaining Technicians duty log and assigning them for the in-house works
- Prepare reports on maintenance work details the progress backlog service level adverse trends and appropriate recommendation and discuss these with the electrical engineer and head of electromechanical section
- Ensure that all the relevent facilities master data and related maintanence related information is updated in company’s asset/facilities management system in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure that company’s security and safety guidelines are followed and assist the head of security and safety in preparing reports for any security and safety incidents
- Maintain confidentiality of information at all times

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
