**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Review Architectural drawings by internal team and consultant MEP design drawings.
- Plan the project execution, prepare detailed look ahead schedules based on project schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and Project team for the preparation, and submission of method statements of various construction activities.
- Ensure the implementation of Project HSE program and safe work practices in the project.
- Conduct internal snagging; liaise with subcontractor to close all the snags identified by the Project team and consultants.
- Coordinate/ liaise with subcontractors, Project team and consultants for the testing and commissioning activities of the project.
- Setting and taking ownership of realistic targets for deliverables.
- Facilitate and develop a productive and cohesive team.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
- Bachelor of Architecture/Engineering
- 2 years of experience or less in the site construction field (Interior Design). Freshers encouraged to apply.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc.
- Project management and supervision skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
