**Job Summary**:
The Manual Gift Maker is responsible for crafting personalized, hand-made gifts for customers or clients. This position requires attention to detail, creativity, and expertise in various crafting techniques. The role involves creating high-quality, aesthetically appealing gifts that meet specific customer preferences or themes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Gift Creation**:

- Design and assemble handmade gifts based on customer requests, including items such as baskets, jewelry, cards, home decor, and more.
- Use a variety of materials (e.g., paper, wood, fabric, beads, clay, etc.) to create unique, customized products.
- **Customization**:

- Personalize gifts with initials, names, special messages, or designs tailored to the recipient's preferences.
- Incorporate themes for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, weddings, and corporate events.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure each handmade gift is created to the highest standards of quality, durability, and craftsmanship.
- Inspect finished products for any defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments before delivery.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate with customers to understand their specific gift requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Provide recommendations on design ideas, materials, and themes that suit their needs.
- **Packaging and Presentation**:

- Carefully package finished gifts in a visually appealing manner, ensuring they are well-protected during shipping or delivery.
- Use appropriate packaging materials, such as gift boxes, ribbons, and wrapping paper, to enhance the presentation.
- **Time Management**:

- Manage multiple gift orders simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery or pick-up of completed gifts.
- **Creative Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest gift-making trends and techniques to offer fresh and innovative ideas to customers.
- Experiment with new materials and crafting methods to enhance the variety of available products.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels for ongoing orders.
- Order additional materials as needed to meet production demands.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in manual crafting, gift-making, or a related field.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to visualize and create custom designs.
- Knowledge of different crafting techniques (e.g., card making, sewing, woodworking, etc.).
- Attention to detail and precision in handcrafting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
