**About the Role**

At Hamad International Airport, we believe that success starts with exceptional people. We are on keen on finding the right personnel who will be responsible for overall monitoring, auditing and implementation of Matar's Risk Management System.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct audit of ERM policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal stakeholders.
- Review and maintain the departmental and Enterprise Risk registers in line with ISO 31000 standards and best practices. Assist departments on the development of risk registers and align them with corporate risk register.
- Support the line Manager in reviewing, assessing and reporting significant risks and issues identified or reported by the business in line with the incident management process and assist the business in defining and agreeing remedial action.
- Work closely with the line Manager to define risk compliance monitoring indicators and implement audit programmed in line with ISO 31000.
- Evaluate risk levels and implications and maintain ERM reporting dashboard and generate overall risk status report for the line manager.
- Produce forecast report for unidentified business disruptions, associated risks and identified gaps in processes and capabilities for the line Manager’s review.
- Conduct research for emerging risk based on industry segment, prepare risk intelligence portfolio and industry benchmarking reports for the line Manager to present them in Enterprise Risk Management review meetings.
- Provide support, education and training to staff to build Enterprise Risk Management awareness within the organization.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

**Qualifications**

**Qualification**
- High school qualification / Vocational l Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years of Job-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job related experience
- ERM or Risk Certification / CRMP is an advantage
- Airline Industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Risk Management ISO 3100
