Foreman - Wwtp/stp

Supervise the Operations team during the shift and ensure that operation & maintenance of plant (STP/WWTP/RO) being performed satisfactorily.
- Carry out inspection of all equipment and processes units, including start up, shutdown, and assisting with regular equipment maintenance.
- Monitor equipment and process control adjustments. Observe variations in operating conditions,
- Make sure the plant operates according to standard operating procedure and meet the final effluent discharge limit set by Government / Environmental department.
- Co-ordinate with maintenance team to perform preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Inform and issue maintenance work order in case of any break down or malfunctioning equipment.
- Conduct toolboxes talk daily weekly basis to operators and helpers for efficient work
- Monitor the chemical consumption and ensure that dosing rate and consumption is optimized to avoid over or under dosage
- Check the lab report and discuss with Superiors. Follow up the instruction in case of any trouble shooting
- Maintain records, reports and log sheets and proper storage
- Maintain record of all chemicals usage & stock, routine & non routine works.
- Check the operator’s log sheets to verify the equipment run/shutdown status
- Ensure excellent housekeeping at all times
- To ensure proper handover of duty to other shift in charge and write daily activities in shift log book
- Monitor PLC/SCADA and adjusts controls plant
- To comply with all applicable legal and HSE requirements/procedures

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Foreman - WWTP/STP in O&M: 3 years (preferred)
