**- A certificate of previous experience in the position of general manager, executive director, or department manager in a medical institution in Qatar for at least 3 years.**
**- The ability to provide different solutions to internal problems of the organization or external to customers.**
**- Experience in planning and budget management.**
**- Good knowledge of managing various departments within institutions.**
**- Excellent proficiency in the process of conducting various analyses.**
**- Upgrading to an academic degree such as a master’s or doctorate in the specializations of marketing and public relations, customer service management and human resources.**
**- Obtaining some reliable certificates that support the general manager’s academic and professional experience, such as the Project Management Professional / Executive master of business administration degree.**
