**Bellboy / Bell Attendant - Job Description**

Position: Bellboy (Bell Attendant / Porter)

Employment Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Shift-based]
Job Summary:
We are seeking a polite, energetic, and service-oriented Bellboy to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, the Bellboy plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable first impression. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions, and supporting the front office team in delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles

Escort guests to rooms while explaining hotel features and amenities

Deliver luggage, packages, or messages to guest rooms promptly

Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas

Assist with arranging transportation or providing directions when requested

Provide information about local attractions, services, and events

Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests or complaints

Handle luggage storage and retrieval for early arrivals or late departures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physically fit - able to lift and carry heavy luggage

Professional appearance and friendly demeanor

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Basic knowledge of local area and tourist attractions is a plus
