**Job Purpose**:
The main purpose of this position is to generate and grow business opportunities by identifying prospective clients, promoting the company's range of services and products, and building strong client relationships. The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a solid pipeline of leads, and representing the company's values in all sales-related activities.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Understand client needs and propose suitable company services or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress using CRM tools.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide market feedback and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales or business development (minimum 2-4 years), preferably in the Qatari market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in **both Arabic and English** (spoken and written) is essential.
- Must be of **Arab nationality**.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Valid **Qatar Driving License** is required.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and business culture.
