**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and manage supplier and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead commercial negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Evaluate and mitigate commercial risks effectively.
- Track contract performance, compliance, and renewals.
- Maintain and update the contract database with version and access controls.
- Coordinate with legal teams on disputes, variations, and claims.
- Review and advise on contract terms during tendering and RFP stages.
- Standardize contract templates and develop contracting tools.
- Provide training to procurement teams on contract management and best practices.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in contract management or procurement, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and commercial contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
