**Qualifications**:

- Technical School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field
- Working knowledge of English
- Ability to lead a team assigned on the task or job
- Knowledge of Diagnostic software for Hino Trucks
- Knowledge of electrical\mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of electronics for mobile equipment’s such as heavy lift cranes, any earth moving equipment and trucks
- Reading / understanding engineering drawing for different system in the equipment

**Task Description**:

- Responsible for repairing and diagnosis of all electrical systems of Hino Vehicles & Heavy Equipment, such as cranes, Forklifts, Tug-Masters, bulldozers, excavators, and wheel loaders.
- Diagnose equipment\vehicle failures by using special diagnostic tools
- Inspect breakdown equipment and make a requisition of failed parts
- Find and repair Electrical systems include computer-controlled engine management systems, electronic ignition, digital display dashboards and electrically operated seats and windows
- Repair, troubleshooting, and adjusting of electro-hydraulic system functions of equipment according to manual book and manufacturer specification
- Service, identify and repair faults on electronically controlled vehicle systems such as electronic fuel injection, electronic ignition, anti-lock braking, cruise control, automatic transmission, air bags and air-conditioning
- Use meters, test instruments and circuit diagrams to find electrical faults
- Repair and replace faulty ignition, electrical wiring, fuses, lamps and switches
- Install repair and service air-conditioning systems
- Install electrical parts and accessories
- Repair and install mobile entertainment systems such as radios and CD players
- Repair and install equipment/vehicle security systems
- Handle private and common tools carefully at all times
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
