**Qualification**:
- Diploma or B.E in Mechanical Engineering
**Certification (mandatory)**:
- CSWIP 3.1 **or** AWS CWI
- NDT Level II
**Key Responsibilities & Skills**:
- Coordination and control of structural welding activities in accordance with **AWS D1.1** and approved project specifications
- Review and implementation of **WPS**:
- Monitoring of fit-up and welding parameters
- Coordination of **NDT activities**:
- Verification of dimensional tolerances
- Punch identification and close-out
- Experience in **structural steel fabrication and erection works**
