**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **comprehensive HSE training sessions**, workshops, and hands-on practical demonstrations.
- Develop, enhance, and update **training materials** to align with **local and international HSE regulations**.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, tests, and practical assessments.
- Provide expert guidance on **risk assessments, hazard identification, and emergency response protocols**.
- Ensure strict adherence to **health and safety compliance standards**.
- Stay updated on the latest **HSE legislation, industry best practices, and emerging safety trends**.
- Maintain detailed training records and compliance documentation.

**Requirements**:
**Certifications**: GRAD IOSH Membership, IOSH Train the Trainer (TTT), NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent HSE qualifications.
**Experience**: Minimum **5 years** of experience in HSE training or a related field.
**Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of **workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, incident investigation, and emergency response planning**.
**Skills**: Strong **communication, leadership, and presentation skills** with the ability to engage trainees effectively.
**Language**:Fluency in English** is required (Arabic is an advantage).
