**Job Summary**:
The Sales Associate for spare parts of Performance Cars is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing spare parts for high-performance vehicles. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive parts, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage inventory and sales processes effectively. The Sales Associate will work closely with customers, mechanics, and the sales team to ensure a seamless purchasing experience and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide expert advice on spare parts for performance cars, including engines, exhaust systems, brakes, and other high-performance components.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Actively promote and sell spare parts and accessories, upselling and cross-selling products to meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of performance car parts, brands, and specifications. Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and technological advancements in the performance automotive industry.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts. Monitor inventory to ensure availability of popular items and assist in ordering stock as needed.
- **Order Processing**: Handle customer orders efficiently, including processing payments, tracking orders, and coordinating deliveries or in-store pickups.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and providing personalized recommendations.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product availability, compatibility, and warranty concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the sales department.
- **Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor and parts displays that highlight key products and promotions.
- **Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive technology or sales is a plus.

**Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in automotive parts sales, preferably in the performance car segment.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, especially for performance vehicles.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move parts, and work in a dynamic retail environment.
