**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for lifting and rigging operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Implement safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents.
- Oversee equipment inspection, maintenance, and certification.
- Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Develop and execute detailed lifting plans, considering load characteristics and environmental factors.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to align lifting operations with project goals.
- Calculate load weight and center of gravity for equipment and rigging selection.
- Select appropriate lifting gear to secure the load.
- Choose suitable rigging equipment and ensure proper inspection and maintenance.
- Provide training to crane operators, riggers, and personnel involved in lifting operations.
- Maintain records of equipment inspections, lifting plans, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Develop and communicate emergency response plans.
- Be prepared to respond quickly to mitigate risks.
- Maintain clear communication with team members.
- Coordinate effectively for a safe lifting process.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new equipment, and safety procedures.
- Participate in training and professional development.
- Monitor lifting operation costs and seek opportunities for efficiency.

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
