**Position**: Master Tailor
**Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tailor and finish high-quality Abayas with exceptional craftsmanship.
- Supervise and mentor tailors in specific techniques.
- Collaborate with the design team to meet design specifications.
- Ensure all garments meet our rigorous quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Tailor with a focus on Abayas.
- Expertise in garment construction, fitting, and pattern making.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
