**Job Purpose**:

- Supervise the execution team ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and procedure and to coordinate and monitor performance on the integrated schedule and business requirement.

**Key Job Accountabilities - I**:

- Provide technical knowledge and expertise and supervision in Scaffolding and Refractory requirement/services for all Company Facilities.
- Ensure that the Refractory & Scaffolding manual and procedure, specification standards, are followed within the department.
- Lead the execution team to complete the task safely and with utmost quality. Plan and supervise the daily activities. Submit daily and weekly reports.
- Assess and certify Scaffolding Supervisor and Inspector and verify and check Contractor’s competency assessment procedure.
- Provide procedural awareness and job execution implementation process session to end users.
- Inspect and audit Scaffolding and Refractory Yard and oversees the work activity.
- Improve and review Scaffold Procedure and Technical Manual including complex access requirement.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets for Support services including Tools requirement. Ensures that all Spare parts and Tools are always readily available.
- Provide maintenance assistance in the event of Plant emergencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Structural, Civil, Mechanical discipline.
- Completed CITB, CISRS, OSHA certificates.

**Knowledge and/or Experience - I**:

- 8 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or Petrochemical Industry.
