Electro Mechanical Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and prototype electro-mechanical systems.
- Develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for integrating electrical and mechanical components.
- Design and implement control systems, sensors, actuators, and other electro-mechanical elements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analyses to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Create and review technical documentation, including schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration, ensuring smooth operation.
- Oversee the testing and validation of prototypes, making necessary adjustments for performance enhancement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies relevant to electro-mechanical engineering.
- Participate in product lifecycle management, from concept to production and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials for electro-mechanical systems.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to continuous learning within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and simulation (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Experience with circuit design, PCB layout, and electrical component selection.
- Knowledge of programming languages for control systems (e.g., C++, Python, MATLAB).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision and quality in design.
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and validation of electro-mechanical systems is a plus.
- Prior work on projects involving robotics, automation, or mechatronics is highly desirable.
