- Excellent account management abilities to foster long-term client relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for efficient sales tracking and management
- Experience in outside sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques to drive growth
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively
