Position : Project Officer

Contract : 6 Month (can be extended)

Joining : Immediate

Summary : Projects Governance, to streamline the projects initiation, execution, and reporting process.

**Scope of Work Summary**:

- Assist Planning and Quality team and projects leads in building their projects plans.
- Participate in projects’ team meetings to provide status updates on active requests and troubleshoot risks, issues or challenges raised and impacting delivery
- Follow project management processes and direction as defined by the Planning and Quality Unit.
- Compose, and edit correspondence and reports related to projects and KPIs status
- Supporting the delivery of projects as required.
- To assist with quality control of all projects or work stream activities per the Operational plan.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Support various project teams in the preparation and control of the project schedule.
- Follow up on change requests, projects schedules and set deadlines for various stages of assigned projects
- Adhoc admin / project requests as and when required

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of work experience, with strong preference for experience in a project coordinator role
- Arabic speaker
- Experienced in Microsoft tools - good excel skills required
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Good presentations skills
- Working with multiple departments to understand and communicate extensive details of their initiatives
