**Job Title: Project Support Engineer (Civil Engineer)**

**Location: Doha-Qatar**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering**

**Experience: 3+ years in contracting/project coordination roles**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client & Site Coordination**
- Handle client enquiries related to contracting works
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with engineers and technical staff
- Compile quotations based on provided BOQs and project requirements

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare and submit project-related documents including:

- Material submissions
- Gate pass requests
- Method Statements & Risk Assessments
- Other required documents
- Maintain documentation logs and ensure timely updates to stakeholders

**Logistics & Procurement Support**
- Prepare delivery notes and coordinate with Material Coordinator/ Projects Engineer
- Issue LPOs to subcontractors in alignment with procurement budgets and project schedules
- Track and maintain records of deliveries and receipts

**Billing & Invoicing**
- Generate and submit accurate client invoices based on completed project milestones and transfer it to the Finance department

**Reporting & Workflow Management**
- Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and resource allocation
- Support internal reporting with updated summaries of site activities and submission status

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Proven experience in client communication, project documentation, and site coordination
- Familiarity with project BOQ analysis and quotation preparation
- Ability to manage multiple submissions with precision and accountability
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and documentation systems

- Ability to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and clients professionally
- Self-motivated with a solution-oriented approach
- Experience working with contracting firms or construction consultancies

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
