Job Title: IT System Engineer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced IT System Engineer/Specialist to join our team. As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and system administration for various software and systems used within our organization. Your role will encompass managing Microsoft Office 365, TimeTec TA Time Attendance System, GeoTab Vehicle Fleet Management, and Ooredoo Services, as well as providing general IT technical support.

**Responsibilities**:
**Microsoft Office 365 Platform**:

- Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the organization's Office 365 environment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, and access controls.
- Configure and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Collaborate with senior managers to ensure effective use of SharePoint for document management and collaboration.

**TimeTec TA Time Attendance System**:

- Install and configure the Timetec TA system according to organizational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Timetec TA system.
- Create and maintain employee rosters, schedules, and timesheets.
- Review staff timesheets for accuracy and adherence to schedules.
- Generate monthly reports summarizing employee attendance.

**GeoTab Vehicle Fleet Management**:

- Manage user accounts and access permissions within the GeoTab system.
- Set up and configure administrative settings and security policies.
- Oversee the deployment and management of GeoTab devices in vehicles.
- Monitor device connectivity and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

**Ooredoo Services**:

- Prepare payment sheets based on Ooredoo's billing requirements.
- Coordinate number activation and cancellation requests with Ooredoo.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot Ooredoo service-related issues.
- Communicate with Ooredoo representatives to address technical concerns.

**IT Technical Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for staff members seeking IT assistance.
- Receive and log IT support tickets and prioritize them for resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts within the Office 365 environment and assist with account management.
- Assist with hardware and peripheral support, network connectivity, and software installation.
- Implement data backup solutions and perform data restoration when necessary.
- Monitor support metrics and propose process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in system administration and technical support for Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with SharePoint management and customization.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Experience with TimeTec TA Time Attendance System and GeoTab Vehicle Fleet Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Ooredoo Services and ability to provide technical support.
- Proficiency in supporting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
- Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate) are a plus.
