**Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement proper storage techniques to preserve the quality and freshness of products.
- Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.

**Product Arrangement**:

- Arrange and organize products in the store for easy access and retrieval.
- Implement a systematic approach to categorize and label items for efficient tracking.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) method to minimize product expiration.

**Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary data for forecasting and planning.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the procurement team to coordinate stock replenishment and ordering.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor product quality and report any discrepancies or issues.
