**About the role**

Assists Front of House Duty Supervisor in HIA Lounge to organise resources effectively and co-ordinate necessary activities efficiently, create a productive and risk free operation on shift basis. To provide effective leadership and promote positive teamwork within the department which they are assigned to.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Participate in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures [SOP] relevant to unit in which the employee is assigned.
- Communicate effectively with all areas of the operations, ensuring that customer receive 5-star QR services as promised.
- Conduct and be actively involved in daily team briefings and updates.
- Ensure visual appearance of the operational is of the highest standard by regular monitoring areas they are responsible for.
- Liaise and build positive relationships with other internal departments and external agencies where applicable.
- Manage conflict resolution and facilitate service recovery situations with guest.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained per shift.
- Actively promote positive teamwork within colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Minimum of High School Graduation
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
- High level of versatility and to be able to adapt many varied needs of the operations/people.
- Able to perform duties under pressure whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards.
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote positive team working environment
- Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
