*Quality Officer - Pasta Factory*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for all stages of the pasta production process
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished pasta products to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Perform various tests
- Document all quality control activities and maintain detailed records
- Identify and investigate any quality issues or non-conformities, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production
- Ensure the factory adheres to all applicable food safety and quality regulations (e.g. HACCP, ISO standards)
- Train production staff on quality control protocols and best practices
- Prepare quality-related reports for management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and quality management techniques

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field's
- 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, testing methods, and regulatory requirement
- Proficient in using quality control software and data analysis tools

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
