- As a Barista Trainer at Excellence Training Centre, you will be responsible for teaching students the art and science of coffee making. This includes a variety of coffee preparation techniques, from classic espresso-based drinks to modern specialty coffee creations. You will also guide students in mastering coffee art, ensuring they can create visually stunning and delicious beverages._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive barista training programs.
- Teach students how to prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Instruct students on coffee bean selection, grinding, and brewing techniques.
- Provide hands-on training in coffee art, including latte art and other decorative techniques.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and innovations into training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a barista with strong skills in coffee preparation and art.
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to sharing knowledge with others.
